Dear Sir/ Madam:

I am writing in regard to doing CIP at the national library located along Victoria Street. My friends and I from scgs secondary one would like to do continuous CIP at the library on every Monday during the school holidays. The dates are: 29 May, 5 June, 12 June and 19 June. We would preferably do it for five hours, from 11am to 4pm. We would also prefer to do shelving library books, designing posters and book displays. The students going include: Michelle Yeo, Lim Ling Li, Tan Ze Shan, Joanne Lee, Eugenia Siah, Eugenie Pui and myself, Michelle Teo.

However, some of us cannot make it on some days and we would like to give you sincere apologies. I will not be able to make it on 12 June and Lim Ling Li on 19 June. Joanne Lee would only be able to start at 1pm.

I apologise for this late e-mail and sincerely hope that you would give all of us the chance to do CIP at the national library.
